The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
After typing SNDRCVF, prompting (F4), entering the record format name, pressing Enter, the cursor is placed at the end of the SNDRCVF word. Press Enter, while holding the Control key, to go to new line, and the following error mappears.
Now if I clear the message from the display, manually place the cursor at the same location, and, again, press Enter while holding the Control key, the error does *not* appear. Even if I use F4 on the SNDRCVF command, and repeat the steps, the error does not appear.
It is not just the SNDRCVF command. If I prompt (F4) on *any* command, fill in the blanks, and return to the main body, I get an error; usually just on the line/command I prompted, though sometimes on previous commands as in this example. It doesn't matter if I place the cursor at the end of the line before I press the Enter key.
On the other hand, if I enter the command straight up (no prompting-F4), no problems (error messages) encountered.
Anyone else experience this "feature"? Oh, the source member type is "CLP," by the way.
Thanks.
