If you can, I would open a PMR with SupportLine. I have some filters
which I routinely change the filter strings. I can't recall ever having a
problem with the changes being retained. Since you're up-to-date on
fixes, etc., the only other suggestions I would have would simply be
guesses. e.g., Check authority to the workspace directories. But I'm
skeptical there would be a problem there. Sorry, I can't be of more help.

When you say you're on build 0030, I assume you're getting that from

About IBM Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries. That's not
the
most helpful build number. To really see what you're on try running
Start, Programs, IBM Installation Manager (IM), View Installed Packages.

If you're not running V 7.0.0.6 and Interim Fix V 001, I would recommend

using IM to get the latest updates. See if that helps.
