The command CRTCLMOD, CRTBNDCL on CL member work ok.
The command CRTRPGMOD ,CRTBNDRPG on RPGLE member not work.
The command CRTSQLRPGI , CRTRPGMOD , ... on SQLRPGLE member not work.

In the compileCommand.xml file this command are configurated in the same
mode.
The entities are correct.
