The instructions on the wiki say I can use Help> software updates, but I can't seem to add a location of a zip file or my desktop where I put the file.
So I tried moving the file to the plug-ins folder under Program Files/IBM/SDP70_2 and it does not appear to be loaded when I re-start WDSC.
Maybe I'm just slow today, I know I have done this before.

After you download the zip file, unzip it into a directory on your drive ... then add that directory as a new 'local site'.

The plug-in should be found then.
