Hi,
I tried both -clean and -initialize without success.

Maybe someone at IBM has heard of this one?? I really do NOT want to reinstall this image:-(

Never seen that one. I have all three on my 7.0.0.6. Try restarting with -clean. I don't do it often, and can't ever remember how, so I keep a copy of the WDSC icon with this command line: "C:\Program Files\IBM\SDP70\eclipse.exe" -product com.ibm.etools.iseries.wdsc.welcome.ide -clean
