Could you set it up as a user defined member command in RSE? Does it use a display file? If not, then the user command should be ok...

I use the tool from Jean-Paul Lamontre which I changed slightly it to
suit my code style.
I get out of WDSc, jump over to WRKMBRPDM, and using the indent utility
from
J.P. lamontre, then get back into the member.
His utility is good enough for me, and much better than trying to do it
by hand.
