Hmm, what if we didn't make that change before installing? I used the IBM Packaging Utility to spin this into a common repository. Only after this was completed did I see your "fix" posted. The atoc.xml file in my updates repository looks like this:

Hi Eric,
downloaded the zip file and set it up as a repository on a HTTP
server on our iSeries. When I point the Installation Manager (V1.1.1) at
that repository and run the Update option, I get the following List of
errors.
All the plugins listed DO exist as jar files in the repository location.
Any ideas if the zip file has some incorrect files or if I have set it up
wrong?

Fix Pack 6 for WDSC/WDSC AE v7.0 is now available. (There was no fix pack
5)
To install the fix pack, start the IBM Installation Manager and click on
'Update Packages'.
Fix packs are cumulative.
This fix pack includes enhancements and fixes for versions 7.0.0.5 and
7.0.0.6 of IBM® Rational® Application Developer for WebSphere® Software
components included in WDSC/WDSC AE as well as fixes to System i
functionality.
