If you get to the point of an unrecognizable workspace then you can always
do a Window->Reset Perspective. I do that every once in awhile after
playing around :-)

I can live with the "Last out, first in" approach. I do have separate
workspaces so the -data switch is very handy. Setting the perspective
would just be icing on the cake.....

WDSC always opens whatever perspective was last in use for a particular
workspace. Do you have a separate workspace for your EGL work? If so,
maybe the -data is enough.
