creating new records using relational record list.

Hi All,
I have a need for a user to be able to enter several records worth of
information (ex. list of previous employers). What I do is in the web
perspective I use EGL to create a record array for my file and add the
controls to view one row of data = one record in file. Set the options for
adding a new record. and run the page.

What I get is just the column headers no input text fields to enter the
information.

Any idea what I am doing wrong?
