I would check if the server hostname is still localhost. You can do this by
right clicking on the server and then selecting open.

I had the same thing happen about a year ago. The only solution I found
was
to uninstall and reinstall.
There might be an actually work around for this out there, but that was
what
worked for me.

After an update which included changing the PC name, WAS will not start in
WDSC. In researching the issue, I noticed that the old PC name is
incorporated in to the files and folers under:
