LPEX kept the CODE Editor behaviour in regard to keeping the cursor inside the current screen. It has some advantages (e.g., when scrolling you see the line number for the current screen, so it's easy to stop in the desired area), and disadvantages (stream selections cannot be maintained when scrolling)...

There is a TODO to provide the alternative behaviour, but it's not the highest priority.
