SEP debug won't start up -- WDSCI-L

Just a thought. I've had a similar problem where the program is
called from another program. I put a SEP on the caller then
stepped into the program I am after. Dont know if yours is the
same issue.

Yes - after recompiling we removed & reset the SEP. Heck we even rebooted

the pc too.
