See Shaw's issues earlier this week in a thread.

I think IBM would do good to create a very easy mechanism to capture
requests from developers who are going to be paying for the development they
are doing. I do realize this isn't an "IBM list", so maybe they could
create something similar to what MyEclipseIDE.com support has:
http://myeclipseide.com/index.php?module=PNphpBB2. They have MyEclipseIDE
moderators that take ownership for issues.

They have specific forums for things like feature requests:
http://myeclipseide.com/PNphpBB2-viewforum-f-7-sid-a769d1f3c318c0ed97ccec0f2
0397e34.html

IBM needs to realize their support method of yesterday is way old fashioned
and cumbersome to facilitate the needs of today's developer.

And that's the issue. We just discussed that for many it isn't possible
(or
rather incredibly burdensome) to do these things. I am thinking IBM
should
open up another avenue to allow this to happen. If "FRED" still around?

Please recap this for me. What is required for a DCR, and what don't
you have to do it? If nobody else wants to do it, I'll take it up with IBM.
