I tried System.out.print but I did not know syslib.WriteToStdout. I
will give that a shot.

The test server in WDSc6 is giving me nothing but problems, so I am
trying to set up a compatible server in WDSc7. In WDSc7, I have the
option to create a WebSphere v6.0 Server, but it wants the installation
directory. What do I need to specify? Everything that I try gives me a
message saying, "The WebSphere Application Server installation directory
is not correct" and will not let me go on. I already have a v6.1 server
defined but WDSc6 does not recognize above v6.0.
By all means go to WDSC 7 if you can!

To set up a server in WDSC7, you have to make sure you install the 6.0 test environment. You probably didn;'t do that when you installed (I didn't, which is why I know this part <grin>). Go back into Installation Manager and select Modify Packages. Go through the prompts until it shows you the WebSphere environments, and check the box for version 6. You'll go through an install process, so you'll need your disks.

At that point, you may want to do an update as well, the same way you have to re-apply a cume tape after you install a new licensed program.
