I thought that existing customer would receive licenses for RDi (based
on their software tier). Per
http://ibmsystemsmag.blogs.com/idevelop/2008/02/the-three-rs-of.html,
existing customers will only receive licenses for the compilers and
ADTS.

I cannot seem to find the IBM doc that spells all of this out. Does
someone have the URL?
