An FYI.

I was working along in RSE and noticed the 'Debug (service entry)' option missing. Debug itself worked if I switched to the Debug view and added the program from there. I don't know when or why, but a trip to Windows->Preferences->General->Capabilities->Advanced showed me that the iSeries Debug capability was de-selected (under iSeries Application Developer). 7.0.0.4, XP Pro SP2.
