Hi Bill,
You need to specify OVRSCOPE(*JOB)for override commands you issue from RSE.
Here is the link to the Technote:

Bill,

Did you specify OVRSCOPE(*JOB) on the OVRPRTF commands? I'm not sure if
that will make the difference, but it's worth a try.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Overrides in RSE

I have a few programs with multiple print files that are all overridden
to the same PRTF. In green screen I have a CL I run that takes care of
the overrides and compiles the programs. I am trying to do a verify and
I did an override for each print file in iSeries Commands. The verify
did not recognize a single print file. Am I whistling in the wind to be
able to do this or is there a different way of doing it in RSE?
