When opening a DSPF using Code Designer in WDSc V7, how do I get it to use my current library list for the connection?
If there is no way to do that, is there any way to force the server name that is used to connect to Code Designer to a fixed value so that I can setup the library list in Code Designer?
I never used Designer despite loving Code/400 to pieces, so it took me a
bit to understand the problem. My RSE connection BUCK00002 has Code
server R0K00002 created by WDSC. Open the Code Server properties (in
Designer, Tools->Servers, Properties) and from there choose Library List.
That defaults to setting a LIBL for all servers. Choose your desired
server in the drop down box. Again, my Designer screen shows me the
server name in the title window as <R0K00002>BUCK00002/QDDSSRC(DSPPGIFM)
so I know I want to adjust Server R0K00002. Plump in the library you
want to add in the Library box at the bottom and click Add. Change the
Current Library at the top under the drop down for the Server name.
I'd prefer not having to set my environment twice. Not sure where the
Code Server keeps it's config information. I'm looking for that now.
