Interesting. I have a hunch. Do you have WDSCi set to the default of Compile in Batch? If so, try changing your User Action to specify that it's a Batch Command, so that it submits it rather than running it in the server job. I suspect that it may be something to do with the server job running under QUSER with your profile being the current user, whereas submitted jobs would run under your profile directly. Probably a security or RPGWIZ setup thing if so. If I'm wrong, sorry for wasting your time.
