Not for me.  I get the following error in the Remote Shell tab:

C:\Program Files\ibm\client access>
'C:\Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

If I enclose the working directory in single (or double) quotes, I get a 
dialog box that says:

The working directory ajerry,Local:'C\Program Files\ibm\client access\' 
does not exist for the external tool named WRKSPLF.
