The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
One issue with that idea is that we've got a menuing system that does some front end work.
Another issue is that the one thing I'm often checking is the parameter passing between two program.
Unfortunately, our application passes data structures with multiple subfields instead of individual
parameters. So if PGMA calls PGMB, and I'm interested in PGMB, I'd probably have to wrap PGMA, and go
in and figure out what was passed into it.
You might recall that the application I work with is OPM RPG generated from CA Plex.
So I find it easiest to simply to a Debug(prompt) -->Interactive. And on the How to start, I enter
the command that takes me to the first menu. I can move through the menus/programs and start the
program I'm interested in.
Having said all that, we're on an older version of Plex, something like 3 releases behind and are in
the process of upgrading. The newer version of Plex generate RPGIV, so I'm be able to use SEPs by the
end of the month <Horary!>.

SEPs are nice, but don't work with OPM RPG.
So I still use STRRSESVR a lot.
All you have to do is wrap your OPM program in an ILE wrapper
for testing, Charles.
