Hi Eric,
this link implies that a Web Services feature pack is available in
RAD 7.0.0.3, but when we try the "Modify Package" option in Installation
Manager, it is not listed.
Is this one of the options that is not in the "subset" of RAD functionality
that comes with the basic WDSC 7 version?

The changes from 7002 ifix1 to 7004 are the fixes to the components from
RAD 7003 and 7004. WDSC AE has all of RAD's components. WDSC has a
subset.
