Is there a simple way to create such a "open this file and you are placed in RSE"-beast?

I think this is an Eclipse restriction.

If I understand the request, you want to do something like open Windows Explorer, navigate to a (example) StoredProcedure.java file, double click it and have Eclipse run and open the Java file in an editor.
Thanks for your response. I will look at it and report back.

What I wanted was a file/link/reference/whatever INSIDE Eclipse which could link into RSE when clicked. I.e. a short cut.

I can make shortcuts to a web page by pulling the icon to the left of the address in the address bar (IE + Firefox) to the desktop. Then I can move that URL in my workspace and be able to open it directly in IE by opening with System Editor. That is nice.

I can also make an advanced link which goes somewhere "else" than expected in the filesystem.

But I want to be able to navigate to a spot in RSE with something I click in my workspace. Appears not to be possible *sigh*.
