The only issues that I am aware of is that you cannot use the comments
section of the CSPECS on the left most part of the source line with

You can have problems if you store an ILE RPG program in QRPGSRC.QRPGSRC
is only a 92-character file while QRPGLESRC is a 102-character file.
Ummm, what kind of problems? Our shop standards person recently
implemented a change where all rpg and rpgle source were combined
oneit
source member QRPGSRC. I wasn't fond of the idea but I didn't think
would cause any actual issues.....
