I am using version 6 and had to move my workspace from my old computer to a
new one. I installed WSDSCi; applied the fixes; created a new folder off
the root folder and copied all the projects from my old computer into the
new folder. When I point WDSCI to use the new workspace it does not see
the projects that were copied from the old workspace. Am I missing
something?
Yes, the meta information in the workspace itself about which projects it has.

Move the project folders out of the workspace again, and use "Import" with existing projects in file system to get them in properly.
