Hi Heinz,

I think if you poke about in the right places on MS's website there is a
developer's toolbar for IE that may be useful to you. Also you can turn
on the IE option to show a message if there is a JavaScript error.
Somewhere around I think there is a JavaScript debugger tool that works
with IE.

Re: [WDSCI-L] WebFacing and dying IE sessions

Hi Mike,

many thanks for your answer. Actually I came a little further
investigating our issues. I found out that some of our webfaced pages
actually do generate script errors mostly of the "Object not found" type.
Unfortunately they are not only hard to reproduce but also occur in the
depths of the tables generated by WebFacing.

Nevertheless if I turn off display of scripting errors the dialog in
question would work as intented.

So at the moment I am trying to find out when and why these errors occur.
