if you still have the V6 installed on your PC, it's simply a matter of
copying the directory with WebArt Designer (com.ibm.etools.webedit_6.0.0)
into the V7 install.

I also copied the templates from some other directory (don't remember
which one) into this same folder.

Then I put it all into the SDP70\plugins directory. After manually adding
the file associations, it works as a charm.

[WDSCI-L] WebArt Designer missing from WDSCi v7






I just happened to notice today that WDSCi v7 is missing the WebArt
designer tool. Does anyone know if there is a way to get it back? Why
did IBM take it away without any sort of notice?
