I'm aware of that, and I do that sometimes, but at other times I like to
fill all the errors in.

Perhaps this will help. On the Error list there is a down pointing
triangle, click on it, select "messages" and then select "insert
selected only".
WDSC will thenonly insert a message when you double click it to correct
the problem.

Verify works fine. However, when I double-click on an error, I'm
loading all the error messages into the source. When it does that, the
cursor is flipping between text selection and an hourglass, and
sometimes it takes 10+ seconds for me get control of the source. This
never happened to me before. It looks to me like the inserted error
messages are triggering the inline error checking or something.
