Hi Rick, actually you could have installed RBDe 7.0.0.3 directly into WDSc
V 7.0.0.2.
But it is too late now, so just use the Installation Manger update
function and it will update both WDSc to 7.0.02 and RBDe to 7.0.0.3

I recently installed both WDSC and RBDE V 7.0 products from
the
CDs. My first go-round, I made the mistake of following the WDSC install
with the updates. I got V7.0.0.2 of WDSC but by the time I tried adding
RBDE, it was no longer compatible. I unload and reinstalled all of it
from CD again. Now I have both working but do not have updates.
Two questions: 1) are there comelling updates? 2) If I run Installation
Manager and update the whole base, will both products be updated to the
current versions properly?
I am hoping so.
FYI - Installation Manager seems a big improvement over the update
strategy in V6. We always had trouble getting those updates from behind
a firewall.
Any clarification about this process would be gratly appreciated. Thanks
