I think you won't be able to use code completion this way.

IBM does not provide the source for the iseries*.jar files.

The java docs are provided but they aren't attached to the plugins.

I think that this could be gotten around by repackaging the plugin into
jar files and attaching the javadocs to the jar files.

I assume you are including the "Plug-in dependencies" in the java build
path for the plug-in.

Have you added the plug-in you are referencing in that jar to the
required plug-in list in the plugin.xml file?
