Select rectangle using Alt + R (start and end with Alt+R) then put the
cursor where you want to move and press Alt + M

Hi all: I know there is a way to highlight a block of text and then
shift that block right or left a number of columns but senility is
setting in and I can't recall the key sequence that does this. I tried
key assist but that didn't give me any clues. Can someone please remind
me how to do this.
