The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I checked my preferences and the JDK Compliance
(Preferences=>Java=>Compiler) was set to 5.0. I tried 1.4 & 1.3 but
neither made a difference. When set to 5.0, there is a message at the
bottom that says, "When selecting 5.0 compliance, make sure to have a
5.0 JRE installed and activated".
I have the following JREs installed (Preferences=>Java=>Installed JREs):
WebSphere v5.1 Express JRE (enabled)
WebSphere v5.1 JRE
WebSphere v6 JRE
WebSphere v6.1 JRE
