Thanks. I should have searched the archives because this came up a month or
so ago...
Virtually all the ctrl-shift- on a-z now seems to be taken by Eclipse. I
settled on using ctrl-shift-down arrow. Actually, I would now like to make
ctrl-shift-up arrow do something like findPrevSelection.

Hi Sam,

It seems that you have picked a key binding which is reserved by the
debugger (Ctrl+Shift+I is for Inspect in the debugger).
You could try and fiddle with the preferences (Windows>Preferences,
General>Keys) and try to only have the key binding apply to debug
views,
