Hi Dave,

This dialog is from the debug session invoked by the service entry point.
I don't think there is a way to turn off this dialog right now.

But if you want to get notification when a service entry point is hit
(before a debug session starts), you could check the "Prompt when service
entry point is encountered" checkbox in
Window -> Preferences -> Run/Debug -> iSeries Debug dialog.
