The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
That's what I'm doing when it downloads and prepares to install in get
the error.

Have you tried clicking on the Help tab, selecting Software Installs and
then Find and Install? I've use this to install plugins from
Softlanding, Crystal Reports and Quantum. The bad thing is you need to
know the internet address of where the plugins reside.
