I am not sure if I have ever done a rename through WDSc before and this
appears to have been an isolated occurrence.
I created a new RPGLE and DSPF, inadvertently both with the same name.
I intended to rename the DSPF but accidentally renamed the RPGLE, and
got the error. I then renamed it back and got the error again. I
renamed the DSPF without incident. I just tried renaming the RPGLE
again and this time it worked with no problems.
Before name: PAYDEL
After name: PAYDELFM
