Justin,

Something I noticed about the Extensions is that the IBM Install Manager in V7
doesn't seem to handle the updates for them. I found that I had to use
Help/Software Updates/Manage Configuration, expand the tree until I find and
select Softlanding Extensions to RSE, and then run Scan for Updates. You can
also run the Find and Install... instead of Manage Configuration, but it takes
longer and comes back with a bunch of updates for Eclipse that you can't
install into WDSCi anyway. If you don't have the most current version , that
may be part of your problem. I hope this helps.

Justin

Did you get the instructions from SoftLanding for loading the RSE Extensions
into V7?

1) First go into the install directory for RSE Extensions:
C:\Program Files\SoftLanding\RSE Extensions
and copy the .eclipseextension file into the eclipse folder
2) In WDSC 7, go under help > Software updates > manage configuration
and hit the "add an extension location" and browse to
C:\Program Files\SoftLanding\RSE Extensions\eclipse folder
3) now if you restart WDSC 7 you should have the plugins

I have been using the SoftLanding RSE plug-in since WDSc 6. I upgraded
to WDSc 7 and continued to use the plug-in with no problems. This
morning, I had the need to use two of its features that I do not use
frequently. Neither the compare nor the data queue utility options are
present.

Any ideas where I should start looking for the problem?
