It may not be the same thing, but the most recent time (maybe only time)
I had trouble saving my changes was when I used the RSE extensions
plugin to compare 2 members. I first went in and opened up a member
"normally" for editing. After making changes to it, I decided to
compare that same member to another member, so I right clicked on the
original member, selected RSE extensions and compare, then when the
pop-up box came up I keyed in the other member to compare, and then
selected open for browse. Apparently, this changed a flag or whatever
in the editor that indicated the member had been opened in browse only.
So after I was done comparing, when I went to save my changes, there was
only a momentary blink, not the normal several second process to copy
the changes to the iSeries. I ended up having to save as, then copy the
new member back over the original member.

I thought I saw this posted recently but I can't find it.
I have a source member that I edited and then clicked on the "save"
button (or the menu option or CTRL-s) and the member shows that it still
hasn't been saved (asterisk in the tab). If I close the member it asks
me to save it, which I do. Then I re-open it and it prompts me to open
with the unsaved changes or not and I take the option to open it with
the unsaved changes.
I can't get it to save. Version: 7.0.0 AE Build id: 20070202_0031.
WinXP with 2GB RAM.
Anyone else seen this?
