The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Pls make sure you are using V7 install CDs (or the downloaded image is
that of V7).
When you start the Launchpad.exe in disk1, IBM Install Manager (IM) will
get installed first. Then IM
will start and guide you through the install process. IM will not show V6
stuff.
Also, you don't need to uninstall WDSC V6. V6 and V7 can coexist.

[WDSCI-L] 7.0 Installation, confused
I'm just trying to get started. I install 6.0 a month ago, but now
installing 7.0
The installation takes be to a screen which ask, what do I want to
install, it has 6.1 checked and 7.0 does not show, on the list? Do I
have to uninstall 6.0 first?
