Look up EGL and WDSC site:ibm.com in google - there are several items at developerworks, and one says that WDSC 6 licensees will be entitled to EGL 7 when available.

In a lab at COMMON, I believe I heard Claus Weiss say that we can get EGL7 free through July. Check with your Rational provider. This is not a quote - so don't blame Claus if I got it wrong!!!

I think we need more details on that.
