The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
I've seen that with source files...but not members...only fix I found
was to do a refresh.
Thanks,

Subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] Source members not in alpha order
Jon,
I'm on V6. I don't recall every seeing this, but I thought that, since
the Refresh seemed to correct it, that perhaps new members were simply
being slotted at the end. I ran a test and all of the new members that
I created automatically got slotted alphabetically (per the Queen's
English, anyway) where one would expect.
I did this with both a small source PF (few members) and a large one
(hundreds of members). No perceived problems.

This is from a customer ? And I'm not certain whether this is V6 or 7
(suspect 6) - but I've never encountered it. It apparently corrects
itself
if you do a refresh on the list.
