Continuing along the COBOL line...

There are a lot of great templates in the COBOL editor. Type IF and hit
Ctrl-Space and you'll get several options: IF - ELSE - END-IF, IF - END-IF
and IF_Statement. Of the three, though, only IF_Statement shows up in the
list of templates in the preferences.

Where are the other templates defined?
