Trying to uninstall WDSC 6.x produces this error (after it had been
uninstalling for over 10 minutes). Where can I find this log.txt file?
Errors occurred during the uninstallation.
* An error occurred and product uninstallation failed. Look at the log
file log.txt for details.
On another note the reason why I am uninstalling is because my Add/Remove
Programs window is showing it takes up almost 6GB! I was even more
surprised to see that the new install is taking up 12.7GB! Whew! So just
to make the switch from WDSC 6.0 to 7.0 I needed 26 Gig of space (i.e. 6GB
for old version, 13GB for new version, 7GB for ISO images downloaded from
IBM). I don't know if that is cool or not cool :-) I only have a 60GB HD
on this laptop and that pushed me to the limit. I had to delete ALL of my
MP3's :-(
