What about "view menu"?
Hovering over it yields the name 'Menu'.
I spooled up the help, searched for 'error list view' First, kudos on
the search -- it's been working pretty well for me. First hit was the
error list view, hooray! The text refers to our inverted triangle so
'Click on the drop-down arrow near the top right hand corner of the view...'
Doing the same thing for 'remote systems view' brought even better
success; the same icon is referred to by the same name (drop-down arrow)
and it has a picture to go with it. Very nice.
What I searched for and could not find was a comprehensive list of icon
images and what they mean. There are several separate tables of icons,
but none I could find for Lpex (although I could hover over them all)
and the lack of a unified list makes it difficult to lend a hand over a
text-based forum like this.
Not complaining exactly, just wishing I knew a better way.
Or, instead of naming it, just say "press
Ctrl+F10" :)
I have my Error List View set to Fast View, and Ctrl-F10 doesn't bring
up the menu. Same for the Remote Systems view. Not even when they're
visible and have focus. WDSC v6.
