Once I had my PC restarted, I ended the server jobs running under my
profile.  I ended up having to bounce the debug server and then it
worked fine again.

This is an intermittent problem that I cannot reproduce on demand.  It
last happened in February while using WDSc 6 and OS/400 v5r2.  I am now
using WDSc 7 and i5/OS v5r4.  I started with version 7 on Tuesday and
yesterday morning applied a few missing PTF's shortly before the problem
occurred (although that may just be a coincidence).
