I believe it depends on what country you are in for the U.S.A. you can look at: http://www.ibm.com/planetwide/us/ Basically it is 1-800-IBM-SERV There is a Web site for opening PMRs yourself as well I think but I don't know it off the top of my head but using Google I found this http://www-306.ibm.com/software/support/probsub.html which I think will get you to what you want.
