Re: Set SEP with User ID

I got more details from Mike off-line. This problem occurs when you right
click on source member and set SEP from the dialog.
I opened an internal APAR SE28346 to track this.

I also found that when I was setting it for another user even though I
had typed the user name in, it didn't take the first time(it replaced
the userid with my own).  I always had to go back and edit the user name
for it to stick.
