Mr Cozzi, I checked out your short videos and very much appreciate you creating them. I realize that they are short and it seems as if you were just emulating in WDSc what you can do in PDM, however I also know that people sometime need an additional reason to convert to WDSc so showing them how to do it exactly the same is valuable but if you would extend it just a little you might reach a 'tipping point' for some people. In your subset/filtering video it is great but if you then went on to mention that you could edit the filter and add additional libraries/files/members that would give an additional benefit to move to WDSc. Also in the video to split a screen you might want to mention that you can split the screen multiple times plus how to close the split, easy to find once you know where to look but in the archive there are several times where people have asked how to do this (I'm in there too). Again, great job and I hope you continue to generate these. The compiler errors request isn't there but you might benefit from the ones that are there. http://www.systemi5tv.com/Training/WDSC/index.html -Bob Cozzi www.i5PodCast.com Ask your manager to watch i5 TV -----Original Message----- From: wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of DLee@xxxxxxxx Sent: Wednesday, March 21, 2007 11:46 AM To: 'Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries' Subject: [WDSCI-L] How to view compile errors Morning all; I'm trying to work thru how I can do all the things I usually do in green. Like I want to view my compile errors, like I would in green. Also, split screen my current document to view the same document as I would in green. A little frustrating to start over with things I know already know how to do well. I'm on 6.0.1 Appreciate any help.
