Betr.: Debugging RPG III

What I have experienced:
You can't put a SEP on an RPG OPM program, but when using F5 to step
through your ILE program, calls to these OPM program are entered in your
debug-session.

I was under the impression that the debugger in WDSCi couldn't be used for
OPM RPG III programs.

However, I recently ran across something somewhere on a IBM web site (sorry
don't have a link handy)
that seem to imply that the debugger could be used on RPG III programs.

So which is it?  Can you or can't you debug RPG III programs with the WDSCi
debugger?
