Compile (Prompt) keyboard shortcut -- WDSCI-L

I just learned that there is a keyboard shortcut (ctrl+shift+c) to run a
default compile.  

Two questions:
1. How would I go about creating a shortcut for Compile (Prompt)?
2. Would it be possible to override the default ctrl+shift+c shortcut?
